Remote Collaboration Policy

We manage a portfolio of investment properties and are not able to be on-site for every quote or site visit. Our workflow relies on remote coordination:

  • Digital access codes or smart locks may be used for property access
  • Site assessments conducted independently (no in-person walkthrough with our team)
  • Follow-up discussions via phone call, FaceTime, or video call

If you are unable to conduct site visits and assessments independently, we may not be the right fit for your business model.
